The hotel room was nice and comfortable overall, but I felt a bit misled because there was ongoing major renovations that made the pool inaccessible and the restaurant below par. The room size was fair and cozy.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and allowed my family to move around comfortably. I loved the unique room names and the restaurant/bar area with mathematical equations on the chalkboard. The service was friendly, despite a shortage in housekeeping staff. The location was convenient, right across from Crabtree Mall and close to NC State University. The dining experience was excellent, especially the free breakfast. Overall, a wonderful stay.

My stay at Embassy Suites was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly clean and provided a very comfortable experience. They were unlike any other Embassy Suites I've stayed in before and were impressively spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but there were moments where their attention to detail fell short. The location was excellent, especially being right in front of a huge mall, which will now be my go-to spot. However, there were occasional issues with the front office manager. The dining experience was delicious, but it didn't offer much for non-meat eaters or vegetarians. Overall, a great stay with some minor hiccups and exceptional features.
